Virtual Fax

Faxes are still popular forms of communication in many industries and businesses. But the traditional fax machine often has problems with the new NBN internet connections that are replacing the old copper telephone lines. This can result in lost faxes and frustrations for staff.

You can ditch the fax machine and fax telephone line entirely with a virtual fax and you can keep your existing fax number.

Our service receives the fax for you (on your existing fax number) and then emails you the contents as a PDF attachment to an email address you specify.

To send a fax simply send a PDF attachment to a specific email address we provide (along with the fax number to send it to).

It’s easy and most businesses much prefer this virtual fax method as it eliminates the need to print and shred paper unnecessarily.

Available as pay-as-you-go or fixed fee there’s an option to suit all business from low to high volume use.
