About us - a focus on small business
We are Blue York IT Solutions and we are an IT company that helps small businesses with all things tech. We have been around since 2009 and are locally owned and operated (and always will be). We are based in Launceston and serve most of Northern Tasmania.
We ONLY specialise in small business technology. This is an area which larger IT companies often don’t service very well due to their organisation structure and their large customers which provide most of their revenue (and tend to be their focus). We ONLY service small business (<100 employees) so you can rest assured your business and your IT will get the responsive service it deserves.
We are setup in a way which is different from most other IT companies, with different billing structures to match the small businesses we service. You might be surprised with how much more efficient our service is both in terms of service and cost.
From the basics like general IT support through to phones, cybersecurity, networks and the cloud we have solutions that are built with small business in mind. These solutions solve specific problems we often see in small business and don’t cost the earth either (as we know that’s just as important)!
